Fantastic Fairytales

We've been concentrating on writing our own fairy tale this week, with a moral that would be good to teach Year 2.  With this in mind, we wondered What's your favourite fairy tale? Why is it your favourite? What is the moral of this fairy tale?

Even more excitingly, we've been having great fun with Mixed-Up fairy tales during story time.  We've seen lots of bizarre stories, including Jack climbing a beanstalk to be met by a genie!!   If you could change one of your favourite fairy tales, which would it be and how would you change it?

    my favorite fairy tale is Cinderella because there is lot's of drama in it so when i am doing my story i would base it on Cinderella so the read could find it more interesting

    my favourite fairy tale is rapunzel its my favourite because rapunzel in the story is very kind hearted. the moral of this fairy tale might be always try to make your dreams come true!

    what i want to change in cinderella is the stepsisters should have found their own husband and were living in the streets while cinderella was living in a nice big mansion and also the stepmother had her own restaurant and made something a combination of ice cream, water, milk, chocolate , pepper , seasoning ,potatoes and drinks

    My favorite story is
    -Cinderella- because she dance with the prince because the prince like Cinderella.
    -Rapunzel-rapunzel in the story is very kind hearted. the moral of this fairy tale might be always try to make your dreams come true.
    -snow white - i like snow white because when she eats the apply so she feint.....

    My favorite story is the three little pigs because it helps me think what i should do when i'm older and what I should do for my children.The moral for this story is if you give respect then you get respect.The reason why this moral relates to this story is because the wolf was being mean to the pigs by blowing their houses down and trying to eat them.Which is why the pigs burnt him.

    the fairy tale that I will change will be jack and the beanstalk so, when jack climbs the beanstalk instead of a giant, he would find a witch that tricks him into convincing other peple to climb the beanstalk as he is a human.

    my favorite fairy tale is the three little pigs because its about 3 little pigs that get to big and have to move out of there mothers home and they have to build there own houses and that's the part that im interested in

    My favourite fairy tale is Cinderella because I feel sorry for her because she don't have know family with her all she has is her horrible step mothers and step sisters to look after her, and even though that Cinderella is the youngest one in the house it is like Cinderella is looking after them then them looking after her.
